This beautiful villa is one of the nicer villas located in the most beautiful, safe, frum neighborhood in North Miami Beach Florida, 1 block from the beautiful Canal where you can enjoy the fresh air anytime – beautiful walking and biking path, children’s playground etc.

We offer the option of an extra suite with a bedroom and a beautiful modern bathroom with a shower for an additional fee.
We have a beautiful patio with 8 chairs in the back next to the pool.
Pool has a mechitza, and is fully screened in. For those unfamiliar with the screen, its added for your comfort it keeps the bugs and dirt out of the pool, but you still get the sun just like any other pool (photo seems a little dark). Be just as careful you can get very sunburned!
The villa is fully furnished, all you need to bring is your clothes, the rest we have for you and all kinds of food and grocery is available close by. Closest airport is FLL – approximately 20 minutes by Car.

Price per night for 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms – Sleeps 6: $450.00 plus $300 cleaning fee per stay (no other hidden fees)
Price per night for 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms – Sleeps 8; $550.00 plus $350.00 cleaning fee per stay (no other hidden fees)
Cleaning help available during your stay if required. minimum 4 hrs at a time.
